Job summary

Aspire People is building a pool of talented education professionals to support schools in Birmingham and surrounding areas. We are looking for Teaching Assistants to assist with 1:1 and small group learning, and to take the lead when required.

The role offers flexible days, with excellent rates of pay and a refer-a-friend scheme. Successful candidates will be committed to safeguarding and pupil welfare within the school setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months classroom experience required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK required.
• Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification for supporting and learning in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Support learning 1:1 and in groups.
• Deliver interventions and take the lead when needed.
• Assist with pupil safeguarding and welfare as part of school team.
