Protocol Education Ltd is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the region. We cover long-term absences, growing class sizes, and provide additional classroom support, with opportunities throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a primary school environment.
• Qualified to support children and assist classroom management.
• Must have appropriate qualifications and training per DBS/safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide general classroom support across EYFS to KS2.
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions.
• Cover lessons during short-term absences.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
