Job summary

Qualifications

• A QTS, PGCE or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• An up-to-date, Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
• A calm, flexible and resilient approach to the demands of school life.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.
• Excellent classroom management.
• Empathy and patience together with a personable and trusting approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the primary age range.
• Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities, including children with SEN.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
• Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
• Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and a genuine enjoyment of learning.
