Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply team across Didsbury and Chorlton, Manchester. This role offers flexibility with the security of regular placements and competitive daily rates based on experience.

As a Primary Supply Teacher you will deliver engaging lessons, build strong relationships with pupils and staff, and work across schools within trusted Multi Academy Trusts. ECTs welcome, QTS preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within UK Primary Schools (including placements for ECTs).
• Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate learners.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom practice.
• Have a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Primary classes.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Collaborate with schools and fellow supply teachers to ensure continuity.
