Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply team, working across a number of Manchester-based Primary Schools and Multi Academy Trusts. We offer flexible working patterns and aim for regular placements to build relationships with pupils and staff.

Starting September 2026, roles provide competitive daily rates (£140-£200) depending on experience and assignment, with weekly pay and dedicated support from a Primary consultant.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within UK Primary Schools (including placements for ECTs).
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Delivers engaging lessons aligning with the Primary National Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate learners.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Collaborate with schools and Aspire People to ensure consistent placements.
