Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to cover schools in King’s Lynn and the surrounding West Norfolk area. You can choose day-to-day bookings or commit to longer-term contracts across multiple year groups, depending on your preference and availability.

We are looking for teachers with QTS or equivalent, strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum, and a proactive, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Effective classroom management and a warm, encouraging approach to learning.
• Adaptable and proactive attitude for new school environments.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service (or willingness to complete a new check).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt to school environments.
• Provide reliable day-to-day cover or long-term placements.
• Maintain safeguarding and promote pupil welfare.
• Attend briefings with local Randstad consultant and schools.
