Job summary

Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Primary Supply Teachers to work with primary schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas. You can choose to work a few days a week, explore different school settings or secure longer-term assignments that fit your availability and experience.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons, maintain classroom routines and help pupils continue their learning in the absence of their usual teacher.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• Effective classroom management skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional, dependable and adaptable attitude.
• Confidence working with different primary age groups.
• A full UK driving licence (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons and maintain classroom routines.
• Help pupils continue learning in the absence of their usual teacher.
