Job summary

Apple A Day Supply is recruiting experienced Primary Teachers to work across Salisbury and the wider Wiltshire area, delivering lessons that keep pupils engaged and on track to achieve their full potential.

Applicants should hold QTS or equivalent and have strong knowledge of KS1/KS2, with SEND experience and a willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS. This is flexible teaching work, with placements across multiple schools, and PAYE payments only.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within the primary age range.
• Secure knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum across KS1 and KS2.
• Confident practitioner with excellent behaviour management skills.
• Experience supporting students with SEND in a primary context.
• Flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to think on your feet and respond to the unexpected.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across primary schools in Salisbury and Wiltshire to keep pupils engaged and learning.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Adapt lesson plans to suit different school settings and pupil needs.
• Collaborate with school staff and agency consultants for smooth placements.
