Randstad UK is seeking flexible Primary SEN Learning Support Assistants for day-to-day supply bookings across various primary schools in Bristol. You will provide essential 1-to-1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, following teacher plans and EHCP strategies.

Applicants should have experience with primary-aged children with SEN and hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. This role offers a flexible schedule (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, term time) across Bristol schools.

Formación

• Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (essential).
• High adaptability, strong classroom management, and ability to support in new environments.
• Knowledge of SEN needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide immediate, high-quality 1-to-1 and small group support for pupils with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Quickly establish rapport with pupils and school staff to support learning continuity.
• Follow teacher plans and EHCP strategies, adapting resources as needed.
• Assist pupils with emotional regulation, focus, and social interaction.
• Maintain a calm, inclusive environment during transitions and unstructured times.
