GSL Education Leicester is recruiting a Primary Cover Supervisor to support EYFS, KS1 and KS2 across Leicester and Leicestershire. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour, and keep pupils engaged throughout the day.

Role offers opportunities across multiple schools with flexible full/part-time long-term placements. Ideal candidates hold a degree or Level 3 qualification and have safeguarding checks in place.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree or relevant Level 3 qualification.
• Experience working with children or young people.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Be confident leading classes independently and following lesson plans.
• Have the ability to adapt to different year groups, learning styles and needs.
• Be flexible, proactive and committed to pupil progress and wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain learning continuity.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively throughout the school day.
• Support pupils to stay engaged and motivated across EYFS–KS2.
• Follow lesson plans and adapt any activities as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth coverage of classes.
