Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated staff to join our teams supporting Primary Schools across Bracknell, Berkshire. Positions include Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and HLTA, with flexible contracts from short-term to permanent.

Start date is as soon as vetting is completed, with competitive pay and weekly pay. Duties include supporting pupils one-to-one, small groups, assisting teachers, and fostering inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support learning across ages 4–11.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing CPD and training.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a one-to-one basis.
• Work with small intervention groups.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Help create positive and inclusive learning environments.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development throughout the day.
