Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced Cover Supervisor/HLTA to work in a Cambridge primary school, providing essential classroom cover across year groups. You will lead whole-class learning, deliver pre-planned activities and maintain a positive learning environment.

This temporary supply role starts as soon as possible, with Mondays plus 1–2 extra days. Opportunities to continue into the autumn term and careers in education are available.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA or qualified primary teacher.
• Confident leading whole-class learning across primary year groups.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, adaptable and professional.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Passionate about providing a consistent and supportive learning experience.

Mansioni

• Provide classroom cover across different primary year groups during teachers' PPA and release time.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Confidently manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
