Qualifications

• HCAs with experience in primary care or NHS settings.
• Confident performing routine clinical observations (BP, pulse, temperature).
• Enhanced DBS is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine clinical observations including BP, pulse and temperature.
• Support treatment room procedures such as wound care and dressings.
• Perform ECGs and basic health checks.
• Assist with phlebotomy if trained.
• Update digital patient records in line with service protocols.
• Support clinicians with general duties where needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
