Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our busy parcel courier client in Barnsley (S74). This is a part-time role with you in control of when you work, and full training provided.

We’re completely flexible — you tell us your availability and we’ll build shifts around you. PM shift is 2:00pm-10:00pm, paid at £12.71 per hour, with ongoing work and potential for permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• No previous warehouse experience required; full training will be provided.
• Able to carry out manual handling and lifting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with regular availability.

Responsibilities

• Sort and scan parcels.
• Move parcels around the warehouse.
• Use scanners and conveyor systems.
• Check labels and sorting accuracy.
• Load and unload parcels.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe.
• Work as part of a busy team.
