Changing Lives is seeking a Peripatetic Support Worker to deliver flexible, responsive support across five housing and homelessness services in Durham. The role ensures continuity of service during annual leave, sickness, and vacancies, across male and female accommodation services.

You will work with residents with complex needs to maintain accommodation, improve wellbeing, and promote independence, adapting to varying locations and teams.
