Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a casual, part-time role in a Barchester care home in Grantham. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans or reviews.
