Maid 2 Clean is seeking a friendly, reliable interviewer in High Wycombe for a flexible, part-time role. You will conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with prospective domestic cleaners, assess eligibility, and document findings. The position is self-employed with interviews scheduled as applications come in.

Ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, can work independently, and wants a light, approximately 5 hours per week commitment. Previous recruitment experience is not required.

• Friendly, reliable and trustworthy person with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly within a part-time schedule.
• Comfort with self-employment and completing interviews in applicants' homes.

Responsabilidades

• Contact applicants and conduct brief telephone interviews.
• Arrange and carry out face-to-face interviews in applicants' homes.
• Check identification and Right to Work documentation.
• Complete interview paperwork and update our online Recruitment System.
• Provide feedback on applicants' suitability.
