Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit venues within a designated area, complete visits in a set time window and report findings online.

No staff interaction is required, and training plus route-planning support are provided. This part-time, flexible role fits around other commitments and travels are supported; successful candidates will join a supportive team with opportunities to move into

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, clubs and social venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during an allocated time window.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through our online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes typically include several venues in the same area; auditors should visit as many venues as possible within the time window.
