Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to observe pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues for a major media research client. In PubTV projects you will visit a designated area, complete a small number of observations, and report your findings online.

These visits are anonymous and observational only, with no interaction required with venue staff. This part-time, flexible role fits around other commitments and is allocated on a project-by-project basis.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area.
