Job summary

Serve Legal is seeking part-time auditors to collect observational data at pubs, bars, clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit venues in a designated area, perform a small number of observations, and report results via an online system.

Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no staff interaction required. The role offers flexibility to fit around other commitments, with work allocated on a project basis.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Smartphone with internet access
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods
• No previous experience is required

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area.
