Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. Visits are anonymous and observational only, and you will never test or interact with staff.

This is a part-time, flexible role that fits around other work, education, or commitments. Auditors visit venues in designated areas, record simple observations, and report back through our online system.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable communicating by email and phone when required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically within the same area and auditors visit multiple venues when possible.
