Job summary

Serve Legal recruits auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues for a media research client. You will visit venues in a designated area, report online, and stay anonymous. The role is part-time and highly flexible, fitting around other commitments or retirement.

Auditors work on a project basis, with opportunities across the UK. Training and support are provided by Area Managers to help you start quickly.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes typically include several venues; aim to visit as many as possible within the window.
