Job summary

Serve Legal are recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client.

As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system. This is a part‑time, flexible role which is ideal to fit around other work, education, family commitments or retirement.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Smartphone with internet access is required.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and hospitality venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during allocated time windows.
• Record simple observations based on project requirements.
• Submit findings via the online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Accept that routes cover multiple venues and time windows.
