Serve Legal is recruiting compliance auditors to perform in-person mystery shopper audits at various retailers across the UK. You will make a range of purchases to test ID requests and reporting on the customer experience.

This part-time, flexible role lets you fit audits around other work or study. Audits are allocated in nearby batches, with pay per audit aligned to Real Living Wage, plus bonuses for performance and refer-a-friend opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 16+, with 18–19-year-olds preferred for age-verification audits.
• Willingness to perform audits that involve purchasing age-restricted products.
• Ability to travel around the UK and Ireland for audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person audits at supermarkets and retailers and report findings.
• Follow ID-request procedures and report whether ID was requested during audits.
• Complete audits in batches with guidance from Area Managers.
