Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mortgage experience or similar
• Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to new and existing clients, understanding needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Advise on residential and buy-to-let mortgages, remortgages, product transfers; life lending subject to qualifications.
• Maintain knowledge of market, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements to offer best advice.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty; uphold high standards of conduct.
• Develop relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the team to support business growth.
