Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Woking is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a part-time role in a welcoming nursery environment.

You will provide a safe, stimulating setting for children, plan play-based activities, and maintain strong relationships with families while upholding EYFS standards and safeguarding requirements. The position offers flexible shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications, and a supportive team culture.

Qualificações

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential).
• Previous experience in nursery or childcare (essential).
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children, while maintaining staff-to-child ratios and adhering to nursery policies
• Planning and supporting play-based activities that encourage learning and development
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
• Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress with accurate and high-quality documentation
• Ensuring safeguarding, health, and welfare standards are upheld at all times, including completing risk assessments and relevant records
• Supporting the settling‑in process for new children and working closely with families to ensure a smooth and positive transition
