The Customer Advisor role supports store operations, from cashiering to stock replenishment and merchandising, with a flexible shift pattern across opening hours.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required; training provided.
• Personality, energy and a positive attitude are valued.
• Flexibility to cover shifts across opening hours and days.
• Able to work early starts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently.
• Ensure stock is replenished daily and rotated.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales.
• Display stock with correct price labels.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Cover the Post Office when required.
• Perform other duties as required.
