Clarence Recruitment Limited is seeking a Part-Time Cover Teacher to work across a range of Leicester schools. The role offers flexible hours, temp and ongoing contracts, and daily pay of £179–£255 with ASAP start.

The ideal candidate holds QTS or equivalent, has UK teaching experience, and can manage varied year groups. Our consultant Alan provides ongoing support and guidance for placements.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within UK schools.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Adaptable, organised, and confident teaching different year groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for education and supporting young people's development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Encourage pupil participation and engagement.
• Follow school policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress when required.
• Support students to achieve learning objectives.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings.
