Philosophy Education LTD. in Haringey is seeking a Breakfast & After-School Club Play Worker to help create a safe, engaging environment for children attending the wraparound provision. The role involves supporting daily operations, guiding structured play, and ensuring children are safe and happy.

Shifts run in the breakfast and after-school slots with flexible, cover-based hours across the consortium. Prior experience with children is preferred, and a flexible, proactive approach is essential

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Flexible, proactive and reliable approach.
• An understanding and respect for the diverse communities within Haringey.
• First Aid training desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the daily running of the wraparound provision.
• Leading or assisting with structured play, creative activities and games.
• Ensuring children are safe, happy and engaged.
• Helping with breakfast, tea and snack routines.
• Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
