Qualifications

• Previous experience of working with lamination machines.
• Knowledge of flexible materials.
• From a flexible packaging background.
• Understanding of flexographic print is desirable.
• Willingness to take a flexible approach to work.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills and ability to run high-speed machinery.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Competent in basic IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lamination machines to customer specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping, clean work environment and safety practices.
• Perform quality checks and meet customer requirements.
• Record production data and monitor process parameters.
• Carry out preventative maintenance per schedule and report issues.
• Work safely in a fast-paced packaging environment.
