Job summary

The Edwin Group is seeking an Outreach Tutor in Preston to deliver 1:1 tutoring for students with EHCPs, focusing on Maths and English up to GCSE level. Roles offer flexible hours ranging from 1 to 5 hours per day, 2 to 5 days a week, across settings such as students’ homes, libraries, or school sites.

Successful applicants will have a teaching qualification and experience with EHCPs, and a passion for making a difference to young people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 tutoring for students with EHCPs who are unable to attend education.
• Deliver Maths and English sessions up to GCSE Level.
• Sessions range from 1–5 hours per day, 2 - 5 days per week.
• Flexible working across different settings, including students’ homes, libraries, or school sites.
• Long-term placements to provide consistency and support.
