Job summary

Bright Horizons Hove Day Nursery and Preschool seeks a flexible practitioner to join the Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support EYFS delivery, engage children in educational activities, and help with daily tasks such as room preparation.

We welcome applicants with Level 3+ Early Years qualifications, experience with children, and a passion for making learning fun, under safeguarding guidelines and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification held and relevant experience.
• Experience with nursery settings or EYFS delivery is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection expectations.
• Flexible and adaptable to variable bank/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of EYFS activities and learning experiences.
• Assist with daily duties such as room tidying and preparation.
