Job summary

Family First Group Beaconsfield is seeking dedicated Level 3 practitioners for our Flex Early Years Educator roles. Enjoy flexible agency shifts across our nurseries with weekly pay and a £500 joining bonus after 200 hours.

You’ll support EYFS activities, ensure high standards of hygiene, safeguarding, and safety while helping children learn through play. We welcome Level 2/3 childcare qualifications, strong English communication, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken and written English communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Solid safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child safety.
• Team-based approach to delivering EYFS activities.
• Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential cover and maintain hygiene and room setup across nurseries.
• Deliver EYFS activities through engaging, age-appropriate play.
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times.
• Create a nurturing, welcoming environment where children feel valued.
