Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting Nursery Agency Workers to support multiple nurseries across the UK. This flexible role lets you choose preferred days and hours weekly, providing care to children while assisting with daily activities and learning development.

Roles include working across settings, with DBS support offered. Competitive rates apply (£15 unqualified, £16.50 qualified per hour) and ongoing guidance from Empowering Learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a nursery, school, or similar setting.
• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this).
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5 years.
• Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Support children during meals and personal care if required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursery staff and follow policies.
