We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates, review drawings, conduct site visits, and support project handovers within a friendly, supportive environment.

Flexible for full-time or part-time applicants.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical estimating skills for mechanical services, pipework, and public health installations.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and tender docs with solid analytical/numerical skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel for bid prep.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical and pipework projects including labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Review drawings/specifications, conduct site visits, analyze tender docs, produce quotations and bid submissions.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements, identify value engineering opportunities and ensure estimates align with client expectations.
