Job summary

Aspire People are seeking Maths Teachers to work across Rhondda Cynon Taf, offering flexible full-time, part-time, and long-term positions. You will teach Mathematics to KS3/KS4, deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, and support diverse learners in a busy secondary school setting.

Immediate start with competitive pay (£172.87 per day) and local placements across the region. DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one is required, with opportunities for CPD and a supportive consultant.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire learners.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Support pupils of varying abilities to reach their full potential.
