Job summary

Angard Staffing is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join as flexible Mail Sorters with Royal Mail. Shifts run across all days, with a minimum 4-hour block and potential to extend to 12 hours. Training provided with no prior experience required, and a fast-paced team helps keep the country moving.

Positions offer day, late, and night shifts, with pay rates of £16.24, £17.70, and £19.00 per hour respectively. Flexibility to work across locations and shift patterns is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.
• No previous experience needed – training provided.
• Able to push trolleys up to 250kg and lift mail bags up to 11kg.
• Flexible and able to switch between tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unloading mail and parcels
• Sorting items by postcode and moving them through the warehouse
• Meeting tight deadlines – some teams sort over a million items in a single shift
