Job summary

Angard Staffing is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible Mail Sorters with Royal Mail. Shifts are available across Early, Late and Night patterns, with training provided and no prior experience required.

You’ll be sorting mail, unloading parcels, and ensuring accuracy while meeting deadlines. Typical shifts range from 4 to 12 hours, with rates of £15.14 per hour on day/late shifts and £16.44 per hour on night shifts; candidates must be adaptable and able to work across locations

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a fast-paced work style.
• Willing to work across shifts including weekends.
• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift mail bags up to 11kg and push trolleys.

Responsibilities

• Unload mail and parcels to sort by postcode.
• Sort items by postcode and move them through the warehouse.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines across teams.
• Handle election materials and certain items in line with standards.
