Job summary

Angard Staffing is hiring flexible Mail Sorters to support Royal Mail across UK mail centres and parcel hubs. Roles are temporary, with shifts available Monday through Sunday, minimum 4 hours and up to 12 hours, including early, late, and night patterns.

Training is provided, and candidates should be ready to handle a fast-paced environment. Pay rates are £15.14 per hour for Day/Late shifts and £16.44 per hour for Night shifts, with some variance by location.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.
• No previous experience required – training provided.
• Ability to lift mail bags up to 11kg and push trolleys up to 250kg.

Responsibilities

• Unload mail and parcels.
• Sort items by postcode and move them through the warehouse.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines; some shifts have very high volume.
• Handle election materials and certain items in line with Royal Mail standards.
