Job summary

Philosophy Education, Ltd. is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join a range of nurseries and early years settings.

You will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5, with September 2026 starts and long-term, flexible supply opportunities. We welcome experienced practitioners or those recently qualified who can plan and deliver engaging activities, build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues, and uphold safeguarding and EYFS

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children.
• Patient, reliable and organised.
• Strong communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
• Supporting children’s learning and development.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Observing and recording children’s progress.
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting children’s care, hygiene and wellbeing needs.
• Working in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
