Locums First is seeking Locum General Practitioners to provide flexible sessional work across primary care services at Airdrie Community Health Centre. You will support urgent access appointments, routine reviews, and triage, with clear workflows and supportive clinical teams to ensure safe, efficient practice.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP required.
• NHS Performers List inclusion required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community primary care settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage urgent and routine GP clinics across primary care settings.
• Conduct telephone consultations and triage.
• Assess acute, chronic and undifferentiated presentations.
• Prescribe within scope and handle medication queries.
