Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Locum General Practitioner (GP) to support GP Practices and Out of Hours services across Manchester and Cheshire. This role offers flexible working arrangements with up to full-time hours and an hourly rate of £75.00 to £90.00 per hour.

You will conduct face-to-face assessments, support telephone triage, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care, with a dedicated specialist consultant as your single point

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience as a GP.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality clinical assessments and treatment during face-to-face consultations
• Support telephone triage and prioritise patients requiring in-person care
• Provide personalised, evidence-based medical care
• Offer advice, treatment, and onward referrals where appropriate
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records with appropriate documentation and coding
• Adhere to local prescribing guidelines
• Provide clinical guidance and support to non-medical team members
• Collaborate with Primary and acute care, Urgent Community Response (UCR), Hospital at Home, SPA, community and mental health services, and voluntary sector partners
