Service Care Solutions are recruiting for General Practitioners (GPs) to support Primary Care Centres, Urgent Treatment Centres and Same Day Urgent Care (SDUC) Centres within the Greater Manchester and Lancashire areas. Locum contract with ongoing, flexible hours in Manchester, Preston, Oldham, Chorley.

Pay £80 - £100 LTD per hour (dependent on service worked). Responsibilities include consultations, diagnosing conditions, prescribing, ordering tests, referrals, and promoting preventative care,

Qualifications

• GP must be registered and licensed to practice in the UK.
• Experience in primary care settings is preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly across locations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient consultations with examinations and history taking.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and manage repeat prescriptions.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Refer patients to secondary care when required.
• Promote preventative care and provide health education.
• Manage long-term conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, hypertension).
• Maintain accurate patient records using clinical systems.

Duties

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner to provide high-quality care within a primary care setting. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting patient consultations, including physical examinations and history taking.
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribing medications and managing repeat prescriptions.
• Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and investigations.
• Referring patients to appropriate secondary care or specialist services when required.
• Promoting preventative care and providing health education to patients.
• Managing long-term health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records using clinical systems.
