Locum Ready is seeking Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners in Polegate. This role offers flexible, sessional work across local primary care providers, matching your clinical background and weekly availability.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) required.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care services.
• DBS check enhanced.

Responsibilities

• Delivering independent ACP-led clinics across local primary care settings.
• Assessing and managing undifferentiated presentations.
• Providing telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within your scope of practice.
• Supporting clinical workflows such as results and follow-up actions.
• Documenting accurately within service-specific clinical systems.
