Job summary

Argyll Community Housing Association Limited is seeking a Compliance Property Assistant to support the delivery of the property investment strategy, maintaining and analysing property information to guide investment and maintenance decisions. They will ensure compliance with legislative, contractual and regulatory standards affecting property management.

The role offers location flexibility across Argyll and Bute, 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).

Qualifications

• Basic Disclosure Scotland check
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to a vehicle insured for business use

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the Association's property investment strategy.
• Maintain, cleanse and analyse accurate and comprehensive property information to inform short and long term investment and maintenance decisions.
• Ensure the group complies with all legislative, contractual and regulatory standards associated with property management.
