Job summary

Argyll Community Housing Association Group is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead property compliance and building safety across Argyll & Bute. The role combines strategic planning with practical delivery to keep homes safe, well maintained and fully compliant while supporting investment decisions that benefit customers.

You’ll lead asbestos, legionella and servicing contracts, drive continuous improvement, and provide expert guidance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in property compliance, building safety and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of housing compliance and health & safety legislation.
• Experience managing contracts, budgets and performance information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on key compliance areas including asbestos and legionella.
• Oversee specialist servicing contracts and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice and manage a dedicated team to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support investment decisions and shape service delivery to customers.
