Job summary

4Leisure Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a qualified Lifeguard to join our temp team in Sutton and the surrounding area. The role focuses on pool safety, emergency response, and customer service in a busy aquatic environment.

Essential: NPLQ with minimum 3m depth, First Aid & CPR, CPD records, and solid health and safety awareness. Assignment rate is £14.50 per hour with flexible shifts across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold NPLQ with minimum 3 meters pool depth.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• CPD training/pool training records up-to-date.
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers and maintain pool safety.
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid when required.
• Carry out routine poolside checks and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors.
