Qualifications

• Minimum HNC in a relevant mechanical discipline or demonstrated via significant experience.
• Project Management qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project builds and ensure build timelines are met.
• Ensure Mechanical & Electrical Technicians have the required materials.
• Communicate across departments to highlight potential project risks.
• Maintain the project snagging list and chase parts to meet build deadlines.
• Create Non-Conformance Reports for parts or practices not meeting requirements.
• Locate parts promptly to prevent delays.
• Assist Project Managers with schedules and planning activities.
• Support the Projects Team and Shopfloor during customer visits and FATs.
• Create kitting lists for the Kitting Team to follow.
• Coordinate logistics when projects ship to clients.
• Coordinate activities across Production & Purchasing, Metal Finishing, Fitting and Electrical resources.
