Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for flexible day-to-day supply and longer-term roles in Watford. You will support children aged 0-5, contribute to a positive learning environment and collaborate with nursery teams to ensure safeguarding and high standards.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3 in Childcare, have DBS Update Service and are ready for immediate starts with weekly pay and consultant support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential).
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 in nursery settings.
• Create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment.
• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's social, emotional and educational development.
• Work closely with nursery staff, parents and carers.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
