Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Oxfordshire is seeking a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to support nurseries, preschools and primary schools across Oxford and surrounding areas. This flexible supply role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay from £16 per hour.

You will work across settings, delivering engaging activities, supporting early years development, ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards, and building relationships with children, parents and staff.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
• Previous experience within a nursery, preschool, or school EYFS setting.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature.
• The ability to adapt to different settings across Oxford.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Planning and delivering fun, creative, and educational activities.
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development.
• Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress.
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently maintained.
